Shell Scheme Exhibitor Information
Our shell scheme stands in 2025 will be built by Full Circle Events. The details below can help outline your stand design, order furniture, or customise your design with their bespoke offering.

Included with a 9m2 stand:
- Aluminium frame and wall panels
- Fascia board with company name
- Company profile on the Euro PM2025 Website
- Bespoke promotional Euro PM2025 social media graphics to promote your attendance
- Stand Carpeting in blue. Alternative colours can be ordered from the stand builder: Full Circle Carpets
- One 500w electric connection
- Three 25W spotlights
- Stand Cleaning
- Two Exhibition Personnel Registrations
- Two Technical Session Vouchers (not suitable for presenting authors – a delegate registration is required for this)
Please note – no furniture is included with your stand reservation. Please order this directly if desired by selecting from the catalogue below.
Full Circle Events & Exhibitions (the official event contractor) have now moved on to an online platform and orders can be placed for Electrics, Floorcovering / Carpet, Shell Scheme Nameboard and Additional Shell Scheme Accessories here.
Please note that each exhibitor will receive a unique username and password via exhibitors@exhibitconnect.co.uk to be able to log onto the portal. If you are experiencing any technical issues with this service or you need help with your orders, please contact Full Circle on 0161 393 3949 OR send an email with your stand number, company name and main contact for the stand to exhibitors@exhibitconnect.co.uk.

Shell Scheme Stand Dressing Times:
Sunday 14 September – 15:00 – 17:00
Monday 15 September – 09:00 – 11:00
Dismantling Times:
Wednesday 17 September – 16:00 – 18:00
Please note – all times are subject to change at this early stage. All items left on your stand after 18.00 will be deemed as waste and disposed of by the Congress Centre at your own cost. Please ensure all shipments are collected prior to 18.00, this can be arranged with EFM Logistics.
Catering
For all stand catering orders, exhibitors can use this website: sec.standcatering.co.uk.
Please note that any distribution of food or drink, including the use of coffee machines on exhibition stands, will be liable to pay a concession fee to the licensed supplier. Details of this information can be found here: Concession Guidlines 2025
Coffee breaks take place regularly throughout the event, and drinks are always available between these times from vendors just outside the exhibition hall.
Own Stand Builders
Those Exhibitors constructing their own stand will need to submit their full stand design for approval by the SEC and their security team.
The deadline to submit these design is Friday 11 July 2025. Submit your design to exhibition@epma.com.
Additional services, such as elecrical connections, can be ordered from Full Circle using their email address above.
General Design Guidelines:
- The maximum build height is 3m
- Electricity is provided overhead, and we will be able to confirm supply to specific areas of the stand once your design is submitted.

Saturday 13 September – 08:00 – 20:00
Sunday 14 September – 08:00 – 15:00
Stand Dressing Times:
Sunday 14 September – 15:00 – 17:00
Monday 15 September – 09:00 – 11:00
Stand Dismantling Times:
Wednesday 17 September – 17:00 – 24:00 (The hall not be accessible after this time)

Sunday 14 September – Welcome Reception – 17:00 – 18:30 (Tickets required)
Monday 15 September – Exhibition & Poster Area Opens – 11:00 – 17:30
Poster Reception – 17:30 – 19:30 (Free for all attendees to join)
Tuesday 16 September – Exhibition Opens – 09:00 – 17:00
Wednesday 17 September – Exhibition Opens – 09:00 – 16:00

Euro PM2025 logistics will be conducted by our Freight Partner, EFM Logistics.

Companies from outside the UK that need to import good will need to apply for their own EORI number here: https://www.gov.uk/eori/apply-for-eori
This can take 1-4 days to receive a reply from UK Customs – Once you have an UK EORI number it can be used in again for future shipments.
