EURO PM2025 REGISTRATION INFORMATION

HOW TO REGISTER

Registration for Euro PM2025 can only be done online via our website www.europm2025.com and will open early May 2025. All bookings made before 26 August 2025 will be at the special early rate. Bookings from 26 August 2025 will be at the late registration rate. The table below outlines the different delegate types and the fees applicable. The tick indicates what is included in each type of admission package. If you encounter any problems with the registration process, email registrationpm@oic.it for assistance.

AUTHOR/SESSION CHAIRMAN REGISTRATION

Reduced registration fees are available for session chairmen and for presenting authors. Co-authors should register at the regular congress rates. The registration deadline for presenting authors is 2 July 2025 and the inclusion of papers in the final programme and congress proceedings is dependent upon the submission of registrations and payment by this date.

EPMA MEMBER REGISTRATION

Members of the EPMA will qualify for a discount on the full registration fee. The discount applies to all employees of full, associate and affiliate company members, and also to individual members.

STUDENT REGISTRATION

Proof of student status is required. Student conference registration includes access to technical sessions, special interest seminars, and refreshment breaks. Please note that lunches and social events are not included.
New this year: The Student Package offers an upgraded option that includes conference registration plus all lunches and the welcome reception.

Individual tickets for Congress diner may be purchased separately, subject to availability.

EXHIBITION VISITOR

Admission to the exhibition is complimentary, however visitors must register to receive a badge at the congress entrance.
Optional tickets for social events, such as lunches, the welcome reception, and the congress dinner, can be purchased separately, subject to availability.
Special Offer: Free Access to a Technical Session
On the afternoon of Monday 15 September, exhibition visitors can enjoy complimentary access to one technical session. Simply stop by the EPMA stand in the exhibition area and present your badge to receive your free entrance.
Note: This offer is valid only on Monday afternoon and for one session per visitor.

REGISTRATION FEES

Payments by Credit card and bank transfer
Please note bank transfer will not be possible after 29 August 2025
UK VAT will be charged (20%)

*End users are defined as: Original Equipment Makers (OEMs), Tier 1, Tier 2 and system supplier supply chain compagnies and personnel, who select the PM process to produce the components for their applications (automotive, aerospace, medical, energy, machinery, etc…) but generally do not produce PM parts themselves.

VAT APPLICATION ON CONGRESS REGISTRATION
The European Powder Metallurgy Association (EPMA), established in France, confirms that, in accordance with tax regulations, Value Added Tax (VAT) must be applied based on the location of the event. As the Euro PM2025 Congress is being held in the United Kingdom, UK VAT at the standard rate of 20% will be charged on all registration fees.
OIC, acting on behalf of EPMA as the official registration management partner, is responsible for issuing congress registration invoices and is therefore required to apply UK VAT in compliance with local tax laws. EPMA’s UK VAT number will be included on all relevant invoices (GB594464305).

ADDITIONAL LUNCH/SOCIAL EVENT TICKETS

Access to lunches and social events included in your registration package will be linked to the QR code on your badge. Additional tickets can be purchased during the registration process. Onsite purchases may be available but are strictly subject to availability and an onsite fee.

Euro PM2025 lunches will be served buffet-style to provide participants with maximum flexibility and ample time to explore the exhibition area.

GROUP BOOKING

If you wish to register a group of five or more delegates, please contact Sabine Hazoume, Congress Manager, at sh@epma.com to enquire about special group rates.

Please note that participants already benefiting from a student rate or exhibition visitor rate are not eligible for the additional 15% group discount. Additionally, exhibition visitors are not counted towards the minimum number required for group registration.

CANCELLATIONS

Registration cancellations will only be accepted by email to registrationpm@oic.it A 15% cancellation fee will be deducted from refunds up to and including 14 July 2025, after which refunds will no longer be possible.

REQUESTS FOR VISAS

Delegates traveling to the UK may require a visa, depending on their nationality. It is recommended to apply for a visa through your nearest British Consulate at least 8 to 12 weeks before your intended travel date.
An official Letter of Invitation to support your visa application can be requested during the online registration process for Euro PM2025. This service is available for a fee of €10.
European Visitors:
Most EU, EEA, and Swiss citizens do not require a visa for short visits to the UK (up to 6 months). However, an Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) is required. Please check the latest UK government guidelines to determine whether you need to apply for an ETA before travelling. More information can be found here
