Led by a facilitator, each Campfire Meeting encourages participants to:

• Exchange ideas and experiences
• Explore new perspectives in a focused setting

Please note:
Campfire Meetings are designed to be informal and will take place without any IT/AV equipment – just authentic dialogue among peers.

Submit your topic idea through our Call for Topics!
If selected, you’ll guide the conversation during your allocated time slot.

• Format: Informal, facilitator-led, no IT/AV
• Deadline for topic submissions: 18 June 2025
• Notification of acceptance: Early July 2025

Campfire Meetings are open to all congress participants, the Euro PM2025 Mobile App will show the confirmed meetings enabling you to add them to your onsite schedule.
