Civic Reception

Hosted by the Right Honourable Lord Provost of Glasgow, this official welcome event invites ticket holders to enjoy drinks, light snacks, and lounge music in a warm and sociable atmosphere.
A short welcome address by the Lord Provost will also open the Plenary Session on Monday, 15 September.
Dress code: Business smart or smart casual.
Please note: Access is for ticket holders only. A limited number of additional tickets may be available for purchase onsite.

Buffet-style lunches will be served each day in the exhibition area, exclusively for ticket holders.
This format provides flexibility to explore the exhibition, engage with poster displays, attend Industry Corner presentations, or participate in Campfire Meetings.
Post-lunch coffee will also be available in the exhibition area.
Additional lunch tickets may be purchased onsite, subject to availability.


Refreshment breaks

Morning break: 10:00 – 10:45
Afternoon break: 15:15 – 16:00
The PM2025 exhibition area will feature two coffee stations, offering refreshments throughout the event and giving time to visit the Exhibition, attend some Industry corner sessions or discuss during a campfire meeting.
Poster Reception
Date : Monday 14 September
Time 17:00 – 18:30
This informal evening offers the opportunity to meet poster authors and discuss their work over light refreshments. No ticket is required – all participants are welcome.
At 17:30, the Peter Brewin Award will be presented to the author of the best poster, as selected by an independent judging panel.


Congress Dinner

Join fellow delegates for an unforgettable evening at one of Glasgow’s most iconic cultural venues. After a welcome drink, guests will enjoy a three-course seated dinner, surrounded by the museum’s renowned collections – a perfect setting for networking and celebration.
